Hurricanes and Tornadoes

Hurricanes and tornadoes have affected so many lands as well as the environment. The chart demonstrates the hurricanes and tornadoes specification features.

It’s clear that the minimum wind speed is 74 mph for the tornadoes which is more than hurricanes with 40 mph. On the other hand the maximum speed of tornadoes, 250-300 mph, is higher than that of hurricanes, 155-200 mph. Both of them have different classification scales Saffir- Simpson C1- C5 for hurricanes and Fujita F0-F5 or tornadoes. According to the graph the duration for hurricanes is one week average and they begin over the warm oceans but the tornadoes remain for a few minutes to one hour usually and start over the land. It’s easy to know about the hurricanes in advance because they that can be predicted to 2-3 days in advance over a wide area and more exactly where it would take place in 6 to 10 hours beforehand, but unfortunately the tornadoes can be predicted only 20 minutes or less before they happen.

In conclusion, I would say that hurricanes and tornadoes are both dangerous and difficult to be faced. In my opinion I would say thanks god that hurricanes can be predicted.

Group of Cars

The table demonstrates four different types of car including their specifications. In this essay I will compare and contrast these cars in detail.

The Volkswagen Golf car is made in Germany; Germany has the most expensive car. It costs $18,250. In addition to that it has the highest consumption of fuel, 40 miles per gallon. Moreover it’s the biggest size of engine at 1600cc. On the other hand the second most expensive car is the Ford Focus. It’s an American car and it’s more expensive than the Toyota Corolla and the Nissan Micra; also it consumes more fuel than the Toyota Corolla by 2 miles per gallon but both of them have the same size of engine, 1400cc. Both the Toyota Corolla and the Nissan Micra are made in Japan, but the Corolla costs more than the Micra. Also the Micra consume less fuel, but the Nissan is smaller in the size of engine.

In conclusion I would say that the four cars are economy cars. Nissan and Toyota are made in Japan, but the Volkswagen Golf is made in Germany and the Ford in the USA.

Top Ten Date-Producing Countries, 2001

The bar chart demonstrates the world's top producers of dates. The top ten countries that were producing dates during 2001 in tonnes are shown in the chart.

It’s clear that Egypt has the highest annual production of 1 million tonnes. According to the bar-chart Iran has approached more than 0.9 million tonnes to be the second highest producer out of ten countries. As we see Iran and Pakistan were producing the same amount of dates 600500 tonnes, whereas Saudi Arabia and the UAE were producing more. Algeria and Oman were the next producers to reach more than 2 million tonnes. Finally Libya was the lowest producer of dates with 100,000 tonnes but Sudan was a bit higher producer.

In conclusion, I would say that the 10 countries in the chart produced the most dates and Libya had the lowest production. On the other hand Egypt was the best producer of dates.
